Target groups of the project

Green jobs are growing at a double rate in Agriculture than other sectors. However they require management and maintenance skills to upkeep and maintain RES plants on daily basis. PLANET action aims to tackle this need, providing training to:
  1. Farmers willing to invest in RES
  2. Owners of RES plant
  3. Advisor and Concultants
  4. Students increasing their employability and mobility

Goal of the project

The goal of the project is to provide innovative training to farmers who own RES plants or want to invest, with practical and ICT skills in work-based environment related to daily management of the plant. The training will also be available for consultants or students as initial vocational training.

Specific objectives

  1. Identification of needs, on RES daily activity training.
  2. Development of course material for practical training on RES in agriculture.
  3. Implementation of innovative flipped classes’ methodology in country language.
  4. Development of a trainer toolkit that will ensure the trainers’ capacity to run the training.
  5. Test and validation of the experimental training.
  6. Assessment of the quality of the training toward the ECVET certification.
  7. Communication and dissemination of the material.
